How to Purchase a Kitten from Pure Bengals.
1. Send us a message so that we can put you on our mailing list - You do not have to do anything else. Please do not send us random deposits unless instructed by us.
2. If you are subscribed, you will receive an email from us when there is a new litter - Please check your junk folder!
[Notification email will have all the information you need: Photos, Genders, Colours, Prices, etc.] We can Facetime you as well. We will be using our Instagram and Facebook accounts to post videos and photos, so subscribe.
3. Once you receive the new litter notification email, text us with the name provided on the email - Make sure you mention that you would like to put a deposit or visit and please include the Kitten's name that you are interested in. If everything is in order we will ask you to make a deposit of $500 to reserve your kitten.
NOTE: OUR KITTENS SELL VERY QUICKLY AND SOMETIMES SEVERAL PEOPLE MAY BE INTERESTED IN THE SAME KITTEN. WE CANNOT HOLD A KITTEN FOR YOU UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT.
IMPORTANT: The deposit is non-refundable. If you plan on visiting or seeing the kitten first before putting in a deposit, the kitten's availability will not be guaranteed without a deposit.
If we have another approved buyer who places their deposit before you do, the kitten will be reserved for them, regardless of how long you have been in communication with us. We have had approved buyers miss out by 5 minutes on their chosen kitten because they did not send in their deposit, so if you are really interested in one of our kittens, and your application has been approved, we would urge you to act quickly.
Once you have reserved your kitten, we will send you updates of your kitten (typically once a week) until the kitten is picked up. This will be in the form of photos or videos. We can also FaceTime. Please note that sometimes due to work constraints, we may not be able to provide weekly updates, but please feel free to contact us if you would like an update on your kitten.
The balance is due in cash when the kitten is picked up. You can pay by credit card, and/or by PayPal. We will provide you with a receipt for the deposit and the remaining balance. Please note that if you pay by credit card or PayPal you will have to pay GST/HST.
4. We will contact the very first 4 people who texted us the fastest. If they are uninterested, we will move on to the next person who texted.
5. Please do not be worried if we do not text you back right away, that's because we are assisting other people.

WE ARE DOING THIS TO PROTECT OURSELVES, OUR REPUTATION AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, OUR CUSTOMERS. WE CAN FACETIME, SHARE PHOTOS & VIDEOS UPON REQUEST.
